You will have access to our new, purpose-built studio to yourself and relax in our comfortable rooms. Your studio session will last at least an hour, but I will take extra time where needed.

The ‘Cake Smash’ photoshoot is an incredibly fun session for you and your baby! They are a popular choice among parents wanting to celebrate their child’s first birthday. You’re welcome to book a cake smash session at any time, but why not book a cake smash session before their first birthday and use the photos for the birthday invites and thank you cards.

What is a Cake Smash photoshoot?

Cake Smash sessions can be fully themed and customised according to your unique requirements. When you book in we can talk about any particular themes you fancy. If this is your first, the cake smash photography sessions include either stack of cupcakes or a giant cake, a colour-themed backdrop, and props. Balloons are super popular, we don't use helium, but we retain the balloons and reuse them as often as possible to limit single-use plastics. The cake is yours to take after the shoot, however if you choose not to take it, we will donate it to our nearest homeless shelter.

All you have to do is enjoy the squeals of delight when your little one smashes into the cake, while I capture the perfect photos!
